Anyone wishing to contribute to this project is required to contribute code under the Apache 2 licence and have signed a contribution agreement.
With respect to the TIP Open Source Program, the contribution agreement is governed by the TIP Implementation Charter. For more details see TIP Project Governance and Contributor Agreements

Getting Started

A lot of documentation is provided on the TIP Open Source Wiki. Developers wishing to get involved should first look for the Getting Started documentation on the front page of the wiki.
